Oncology is a field of medicine which investigates tumours, their causes, development, treatment and prevention.
We work in a team and wish to provide comprehensive and professional medical care to patients. In case of necessity, both other specialists of the Health Centre – surgeons, traumatologists, dermatologists, otolaryngologists are involved in the examination and treatment of a patient, as well as referrals to physicians-oncologists in other medical treatment institutions - RAKUS*, LOC**, PSKUS*** are issued.
A physician oncologist provides: - patient consultations;
- palliative consultations;
- pain therapy;
- prophylactic examinations at the place of residence.
Diagnostic methods: - oncomarkers;
- mammography;
- ultrasonography.
Visiting hours: according to prior registration 1x per week
on Wednesdays from 1.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Payments: patients are accepted both with a family physician’s referral, and privately.
