MANNEA Therapy
MANNEA Therapy is a gentle, holistic bodywork method that combines various therapeutic elements to support the body's natural balance, well-being and relaxation.
The method is based on an understanding of the close connection between the body, mind and emotional well-being. MANNEA Therapy focuses not only on physical sensations, but also on an individual's emotional state and lifestyle.
It may be particularly suitable for people experiencing everyday stress, mental overload, fatigue or sleep difficulties, as well as for those who wish to take more time to care for their body and inner balance.
Origins of MANNEA Therapy
The MANNEA methodology was developed in Austria by Andrea Eberhard. It is based on creative healing principles complemented by massage techniques, breathing practices, herbal elements and ritual-inspired approaches.
MANNEA is more than just a massage – it is a holistic bodywork approach that encourages greater awareness of one's well-being and a deeper connection with the body.
The method is gentle, non-invasive and suitable for both women and men.

A MANNEA session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
The session begins in a seated position, using gentle techniques applied to the back and pelvic areas, with attention to breathing, body awareness and relaxation.
The client then lies comfortably on a massage table, allowing gentle work on the front of the body, including the abdominal and pelvic areas.
MANNEA Therapy may include:
- Gentle bodywork and reflex zone techniques;
- Relaxation-focused breathing practices;
- Mindful touch and integration of body sensations;
- Gentle techniques applied to the abdominal and pelvic areas;
